StoryWalk

Welcome to the Lied Randolph Public Library StoryWalk

The StoryWalk® Project was first created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Vermont Bicycle & Pedestrian Coalition and the Kellogg Hubbard Library.  The project is a way to encourage people of all ages to get out and walk while enjoying a great children’s story.

“Bear Stays Up for Christmas” by Karma Wilson and illustrated by Jane Chapman will be our featured book. You will find the first page layout at the city auditorium with directions on how to proceed to the next page.  These story pages will be hosted in the windows of several community businesses.  When you have completed the story walk you will have walked .62 miles.

This project is being funded in part by the Youth for Excellence Grant from the Nebraska Library Commission and the Friends of the Lied Randolph Public Library.
